Shipping Policy

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 3 business days of receiving your order and shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Shipping Method:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 10-15 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances like COVID-19, shipping may be delayed by up to 10 additional business days.
  • Ensure your delivery information is correct. Inaccurate or missing details may delay your order as we may need to contact you for updates.
  • Customs clearance may also affect delivery times.
  • Your package may be delivered by your local postal service or a local courier. If you're unavailable, a notice will be left with instructions on how to collect your package.
  • If you don't receive a response from our Customer Service team within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends), check your Spam/Junk folder for our emails.

Return Policy

At GAICUSA.ONLINE, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us, and we'll assist you promptly.

1. Not Happy with Your Order:

  • If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it, provided it is in like-new condition (no visible wear and tear).
  • Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the return is due to manufacturer defects or our error.
  • We do not charge restocking fees, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your product is defective or damaged, please send us a message of the damage or defect and we will get back to you by email, which may require you to send a picture. Once we confirm the problem, we'll send you a replacement at no additional charge, and you don't need to return the defective item.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Unshipped Orders:

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible, and we will cancel the order.

2. Cancelling Shipped Orders:

  • If your order has already shipped, please refuse delivery when it arrives. Once the package returns to us, we will issue a refund, minus shipping costs.

Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from sun exposure, after-market modifications, or water exposure.
  • Breakdown of colors and materials due to external factors (e.g., sun exposure).

No returns/exchanges will be accepted for products with water exposure.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the product does not meet your expectations, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

1. Full Refund Eligibility:

  • If the product is non-functional or completely defective.
  • If the product does not arrive within 90 business days (USA orders).

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, and you should expect the refund to be completed within 3-5 business days.

2. Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item is defective or damaged, please send us a message of the damage or defect and we will get back to you by email, which may require you to send a picture.
  • We will either process a replacement or issue a refund upon confirmation of the issue.
